“Not surprisingly, [my client’s] FCE—corroborated by her signed statement, treating physicians’ medical records and conclusions, multiple letters of support from close friends and family, symptom diary, prescription histories, and Dr. Creel’s disability verification letter—confirms that she has been disabled and remains disabled,” Attorney Probst concludes in his appeal. “As such, Lincoln would be wrong and unreasonable to deny her claim.”
